To provide a binding tool capable of binding different two reinforcement materials simply and rigidly.SOLUTION: A binding tool of this invention binding at least two different first reinforcement materials and second reinforcement material comprises: a cylindrical first coating portion coating the first reinforcement material and composed of a heat-shrinkable resin or a resin composition; and a cylindrical second coating portion coating the second reinforcement material and composed of a heat-shrinkable resin or a resin composition.
