To make it possible to configure fittings that ensure water-tightness without imposing large restrictions on an installation site.SOLUTION: An attachment device 30 that includes an operation member 3 provided on a sash 20 so as to operate in response to an operation of a handle 4, in which the sash 20 is openable about an open axis C1 along the vertical direction with respect to a frame body 10 when the operation member 3 moves from a locked position to an open position. The attachment device includes: a device body 31 attached to a lower stile 23; an input member 50 linked to the operation member 3;, a watertight holding member 70 arranged on the device body 31 so as to be movable along the vertical direction of the sash 20; and a linking mechanism that links between the input member 50 and the watertight holding member 70 and moves the watertight holding member 70 with respect to the device body 31 by an operation of the input member 50. The linking mechanism functions in such a way as to lower the watertight holding member 70 when the operation member 3 is placed in the locked position and raise the watertight holding member 70 when the operation member 3 is placed in the open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】設置場所に大きな制限が加わることなく水密性を確保した建具の構成を可能とする。【解決手段】ハンドル４の操作に伴って動作する作動部材３が障子２０に設けられ、作動部材３がロック位置からオープン位置に移動した場合に枠体１０に対して障子２０が上下に沿ったオープン軸心Ｃ１を中心として開放可能となるアタッチメント装置３０であって、下框２３に取り付けられる装置本体３１と、作動部材３に連係される入力部材５０と、障子２０の上下に沿って移動可能となる状態で装置本体３１に配設された水密保持部材７０と、入力部材５０及び水密保持部材７０の間を連係し、入力部材５０の動作により装置本体３１に対して水密保持部材７０を移動させる連係機構とを備え、連係機構は作動部材３がロック位置に配置された場合に水密保持部材７０を下降させ、作動部材３がオープン位置に配置された場合に水密保持部材７０を上昇させるよう機能する。【選択図】図２
