To provide an electric shutter that can prevent the resident from being locked out.SOLUTION: The electric shutter includes: an electric shutter part 1 that shields the front face of a fitted dust outlet 3; a detection part 4 that detects whether the dust outlet is opened or not; an operation part 10 that outputs the order to open or close the electric shutter part 1; and an electric shutter controlling board 1A that cancels the order to close the electric shutter part 1 received from the operation part 10 when the opening condition of the dust outlet is detected by the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
