To provide a roller compacted concrete material mixing method and roller compacted concrete that are excellent in workability and can open traffic at an early stage.SOLUTION: A roller compacted concrete material mixing method for when producing a roller compacted concrete by mixing a binder, an aggregate, and water, as well as an admixture as an optional material, mixes the binder, aggregate, water, and the admixture together based on the relation between an amount of binder B [kg/m3] contained per 1 m3 of the total volume of the aggregate, water, and admixture, an aggregate volume Ag [L/m3] contained per 1 m3 of the total volume, an amount of water W [kg/m3] contained per 1 m3 of the total volume, an amount of unit admixture Ad [kg/m3] contained per 1 m3 of the total volume, and a slump value measured in accordance with JIS A 1101:2014, and a water binder ratio R which is the ratio of the binder amount B [kg/m3] to the water volume W [kg/m3].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性に優れ、かつ早期の交通開放が可能な転圧コンクリート材料の配合方法及び転圧コンクリートを提供する。【解決手段】転圧コンクリート材料の配合方法は、結合材、骨材、及び水、並びに任意材料として混和剤を配合して転圧コンクリートを製造する際に、結合材、骨材、水、及び混和剤の合計体積1m3あたりに含有される結合材量B[kg/m3]、当該合計体積1m3あたりに含有される前記骨材体積Ag[L/m3]、当該合計体積1m3あたりに含有される前記水量W[kg/m3]、及び当該合計体積1m3あたりに含有される前記単位混和剤量Ad[kg/m3]、並びにJIS A 1101:2014に基づいて測定されるスランプ値の関係と、前記水量W[kg/m3]に対する、結合材量B[kg/m3]の比である水結合材比Rと、に基づいて、結合材、骨材、水、及び混和剤を配合する。【選択図】図1
