AUTHENTICATED ELECTRIC LOCK
To provide an authenticated electric lock that can easily improve space efficiency.SOLUTION: An authenticated electric lock includes: a handle 2 of substantially plate-like shape having a substantially flat surface 2a on a front surface and capable of changing a posture between a closed posture and an open posture; an antenna 15 for short-range wireless communication arranged in the thickness of the handle 2 or on the back surface of a handle body 201; a latch bolt 4 that advances and retreats between locked and open positions in response to the posture change of the handle 2; a communication section 17 that performs short-range wireless communication via the antenna 15; an authentication section 182 that performs authentication based on authentication data received by the communication section 17; and a bolt control section 183 that switches between prohibiting and permitting the advance and retreat of the latch bolt 4 in response to the posture change of the handle 2 based on the authentication result by the authentication section 182. The handle body 201 on the front side of the antenna 15 in the handle 2 is made of insulating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
