FIBER COMPOSITION SPRAYING METHOD
To provide a technique to allow for estimating that residence and pulsation of fine particles of fibers do not easily occur when starting or during construction and a technique capable of improving workability by preventing the residence and pulsation of fine particles of fibers from occurring in a fiber composition spraying method by a dry construction method or semi-dry construction method.SOLUTION: In a fiber composition spraying method, fibers of a predetermined amount are supplied into a fiber pressure feed passage; the fibers are air-pumped by supplying a predetermined amount of air into the fiber pressure feed passage using an air blower and subsequently discharged from a fiber discharge port; a liquid additive is injected from one or a plurality of liquid additive injection ports provided either on an outer periphery or inside of the fiber discharge port or in the fiber pressure feed passage within 1 m from the fiber discharge port so as to spray a merged and mixed material obtained by merging and mixing the fibers and the liquid additive to a coating object. When starting to spray the merged and mixed material, pressure in the fiber pressure feed passage during air pumping of the fibers is checked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乾式工法又は半乾式工法による繊維組成物の吹付け工法において、繊維類の微粒分の滞留や脈動が起こり難いことを開始時や施工中に推定できる技術、繊維類の微粒分の滞留や脈動が起こることを抑制し、施工性を向上できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】繊維類を繊維圧送経路内に所定量供給し、繊維圧送経路内に送風機を用いて空気を所定量供給することで繊維類を空気圧送した後に繊維吐出口より吐出し、当該繊維吐出口の外周又は内部、或いは繊維吐出口から1m以内の繊維圧送経路内の何れかに設けた1個又は複数個の液状添加材用の噴射口から液状添加材を噴射することで、前記繊維類と液状添加材とを合流混合した合流混合物を被覆対象物に吹付ける繊維組成物の吹付け方法であって、前記合流混合物の吹付けを開始するとき、繊維類の空気圧送時の繊維圧送経路内における圧力を確認する。【選択図】図1
