HALF-PRECAST STRUCTURE SLAB
To secure a strength or a bearing force of a structure after construction in assembling a precast member and a cast-in concrete to construct a slab member such as a top slab, a bottom slab or a floor slab of the structure.SOLUTION: A half-precast structure slab including a precast slab member as a substructure and a cast-in concrete slab member as a superstructure comprises a corrugated steel bar parallel in a width direction of the half-precast structure slab and divided into two or more and arranged in multiple in any interval in a longitudinal direction of the half-precast structure slab, the corrugated steel bar has a corrugated shape up and down in a thickness direction of the half-precast structure slab, a part of a thickness direction lower side of the half-precast structure slab in the corrugated steel bar is buried inside of the precast slab member, the remainder of the corrugated steel bar projects inside of the cast-in concrete slab member and a pair of corrugated steel bars adjacent in the width direction of the half-precast structure slab are provided so as to overlap each other at the facing steel bar ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】プレキャスト部材と現場打ちコンクリートを組み合わせて構造物の頂版、底版、床版等の版部材を構築する際に、構築後の構造物の強度や耐力を担保する。【解決手段】下部構造としてのプレキャスト版部材と、上部構造としての現場打ちコンクリート版部材と、からなるハーフプレキャスト構造版であって、ハーフプレキャスト構造版の幅方向に平行、且つ、2以上に分割され、ハーフプレキャスト構造版の長手方向に任意の間隔で複数配置される波型鉄筋を備え、波型鉄筋は、ハーフプレキャスト構造版の厚み方向に上下する波型形状を有し、波型鉄筋におけるハーフプレキャスト構造版の厚み方向下側の一部はプレキャスト版部材の内部に埋設され、波型鉄筋の残部は現場打ちコンクリート版部材の内部に突出して構成され、ハーフプレキャスト構造版の幅方向において隣接する一対の波型鉄筋は、突き合わされた鉄筋端部において互いに重なり合うように設けられる。【選択図】図3
