To provide a method of manufacturing a fireproof laminate having fire resistance and fire extinguishing property.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a fireproof laminate including the steps of: preparing a coating liquid containing a fire extinguishing agent component that generates an aerosol by combustion and a binder resin; forming a coating film, using the coating liquid, on the surface of a nonflammable or flame-retardant substrate having voids; and forming a fire extinguishing agent-containing layer containing a fire extinguishing agent component and a binder resin on the surface of the substrate by drying the coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
