To enable a wide habitable space to be ensured by connecting two residence units and ensure water tightness at the connection section.SOLUTION: A plurality of connecting panels 51, 52, 53 bridges between a pair of residence units 1A, 1B that are adjacently disposed so as to be spaced away from each other. An outer wall, a roof and a floor of a connection section 50J of the pair of residence units 1A, 1B are formed of the plurality of connecting panels 51, 52 and 53. A first connecting film material 65 is stretched between lower ends of the pair of residence units 1A, 1B. The connecting panel 53 forming the floor is disposed on indoor side above the first connecting film material 65. A second connecting film material 66 is stretched between upper ends and lateral ends of the pair of residence units 1A, 1B. The connecting panels 51, 52 that form the roof and the outer wall are disposed on outdoor side of the second connecting film material 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 48
