OPENING PART OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE AND OPENING/CLOSING SYSTEM
To provide an opening part opening/closing device and an opening part opening/closing system capable of surely preventing a part of a member of a forcible opening mechanism from interfering with a closing operation of a block body.SOLUTION: An opening part opening/closing device comprises: a BOP detecting unit LS 13 for detecting opening/closing of a blowout panel 1; winding detecting units LS 14, LS 15 for detecting that the blowout panel 1 is moved outward of a position where a block door 21 passes, by an operation of a forcible opening mechanism 3; a first control unit for controlling the forcible opening mechanism 3 so as to move the blowout panel 1 to outside of a position where the block door 21 passes; and a second control unit for, with a condition in which, the opening of the blowout panel 1 is detected by the BOP detecting unit LS 13, and the winding detecting units LS 14, LS 15 detect that the blowout panel 1 is moved to outside of the position where the block door 21 passes, controlling a closing unit 2 to slide and move the block door 21 to close an opened opening part 101 by the block door 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
