PIPING GUIDE
To provide a new piping guide.SOLUTION: A piping guide 10 is used in arranging a multiple pipe 100 having an inner pipe 101 and an outer pipe 102 in a narrow place by pipe communication. The piping guide 10 includes a connection portion 11 connected to a tip edge 100a of the multiple pipe 100, and a tapered guide portion 12 connected to the connection portion 11 and preceding in pipe communication of the multiple pipe 100. The guide portion 12 is composed of an oblique cut cylindrical body, and provided with a plain surface 12a having an elliptical outer peripheral edge from a tip edge to the neighborhood of a base end. An outer peripheral edge of the plain surface 12a is subject to R-chamfering 12c over the whole periphery, and a cylindrical face opposite to the plain surface 12a of the guide portion 12 is subject to thinning 12b at several places for weight reduction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】新規な配管ガイドを提供すること。【解決手段】配管ガイド１０は、内側パイプ１０１と外側パイプ１０２とを有する多重管１００を狭所への通管により敷設する際に用いられる。配管ガイド１０は、多重管１００の先行端１００ａに連結される連結部１１と、連結部１１に連設されて多重管１００の通管時に先行する先細り状のガイド部１２とを備えている。ガイド部１２は、斜切円柱体よりなっており、先端縁から基端付近にかけて、楕円形の外周縁を有する平面１２ａが形成されている。平面１２ａの外周縁には、全周に渡ってＲ面取り１２ｃが施されている。ガイド部１２において平面１２ａと反対側の円筒面には、軽量化のために複数の肉盗み１２ｂが施されている。【選択図】図１
