To provide a cavity-filling cement composition capable of securing necessary strength after hardened, and capable of being prevented from leaking from a cavity part; and to provide a cavity filler and a filling construction method.SOLUTION: A cavity-filling cement composition according to this invention comprises a cement, a lightweight aggregate, and a thickener, wherein the thickener contains: a high-performance special thickener which is an alkyl allylsulfonate and/or an alkyl ammonium salt; and a methyl cellulose-based thickener.SELECTED DRAWING: None
