To provide a concrete reinforcement member which enables enhancement of alkali resistance and strength.SOLUTION: A concrete reinforcement member includes a reinforcement member body and a coating layer coating the surface of the reinforcement member body, in which the coating layer contains a cured product of a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 100 μm or less and Mohs hardness of 3 or more and 10 or less, and a content of the inorganic filler in 100 wt.% of the coating layer is 25 wt.% or more and 80 wt.% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
