To provide a mixed cement composition that can reduce a used amount of cement clinker and is excellent in strength development.SOLUTION: Powdered mixed cement composition comprises: cement clinker powder; blast furnace slag fine powder; and limestone powder, and with a total amount of 100 mass% of cement clinker powder, blast furnace slag fine powder, and limestone powder, the ratio of cement clinker powder is 47 to 59 mass%, the ratio of the blast furnace slag powder is from 22 to 43 mass%, the ratio of the limestone powder is 4 to 23 mass%, and the ratio of the aluminate phase in the cement clinker powder is over 13 mass% and 17 mass% or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: None
