FILLER PLATE AND FRICTION JOINT STRUCTURE
To reduce the cost by simplifying the work of friction joining of two steel sheets.SOLUTION: A friction joint structure consists of: two steel plates of different thicknesses whose longitudinal ends are butt-joined, a filler plate having a thickness corresponding to a plate thickness difference between two steel plates superposed on a side surface of a longitudinal end part of the steel plate having a small thickness, and two splice plates arranged over one side face of the longitudinal end part of a steel plate having a large thickness and over the side face of the longitudinal end part of the steel plate having a small thickness, and arranged over the other side face of the longitudinal end part of the steel plate having a large thickness and the side face of a filler plate; the steel plate having a large thickness and two splice plates are friction-bonded by high strength bolts, the steel plate having a small thickness, the filler plate and the two splice plates are friction-bonded by high strength bolts, and the filler plate is provided with a plate member and a pair of plate-like friction materials attached to both surfaces of the plate member and having a predetermined friction coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】2枚の鋼板の摩擦接合の作業を簡易化しコストを削減する。【解決手段】長手方向の端部が突き合わされた板厚の異なる2枚の鋼板と、厚さの小さい鋼板の長手方向の端部の側面に重ね合わされ、2枚の鋼板の板厚差に対応する厚さのフィラープレートと、厚さの大きい鋼板の長手方向の端部の一方の側面と厚さの小さい鋼板の長手方向の端部の側面とに亘って配置されると共に、厚さの大きい鋼板の長手方向の端部の他方の側面とフィラープレートの側面とに亘って配置される2枚のスプライスプレートとを備え、厚さの大きい鋼板と2枚のスプライスプレートは高力ボルトにより摩擦接合されると共に、厚さの小さい鋼板とフィラープレートと2枚のスプライスプレートは高力ボルトにより摩擦接合され、フィラープレートは、板部材と、板部材の両面に取着され所定の摩擦係数を有する板状の一対の摩擦材とを備える。【選択図】図2
