To provide a technique capable of suppressing the rattling of renovation sash.SOLUTION: A renovation sash 1 provided to an opening 4 of a building includes: a new frame 10 that is placed at the inner peripheral side of an existing frame 12 placed in the opening 4; and a spacer 36 that supports the lower frame from the bottom of the new frame 10.
