REINFORCEMENT UNIT
To provide a reinforcement unit capable of simultaneously achieving the increase of freedom for a gap between reinforcement trusses in a deck plate with the trusses and suppression of cracking after concrete placing.SOLUTION: A reinforcement unit 80 is for a deck plate 1 configured such that a plurality of reinforcement trusses 2 comprising linearly extending upper main reinforcements 10, formed into wavy shapes where peaks 31 and valleys 32 are repeated along the longitudinal direction of the upper main reinforcements 10, and also comprising lattice materials 30 having the peaks 31 jointed to the upper main reinforcements 10 are integrally secured to the upper surface of a metal plate member 40 in the state of being juxtaposed at prescribed intervals. The reinforcement unit 80 comprises: a plurality of linear support materials 82 laid so as to intersect the upper main reinforcements 10 of the juxtaposed reinforcement trusses 2; and a plurality of linear reinforcements 81 secured so as to intersect the support materials 82 from the lower surface sides of the support materials 82 and extend. The reinforcements 81 are arranged along the upper main reinforcements 10 so as to divide a space between the adjacent upper main reinforcements 10 into two equal parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トラス付デッキプレートにおける鉄筋トラスの間隔の自由度の向上と、コンクリート打設後のひび割れの抑制との両立を図り得る補強鉄筋ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】線状に延在する上部主筋10と、上部主筋10の長さ方向に沿って山部31と谷部32を繰り返した波状であり、山部31が上部主筋10と接合するラチス材30とを備える鉄筋トラス2が、所定間隔を隔てて複数並設した状態で、金属製の板部材40の上面に一体的に固着されたデッキプレート1に対する補強鉄筋ユニット80である。補強鉄筋ユニット80は、複数並設された鉄筋トラス2の上部主筋10上を交差して架け渡される複数の線状の支持材82と、支持材82の下面側から支持材82と交差して固着されて延在する複数の線状の補強筋81とを有し、補強筋81は、上部主筋10に沿うと共に、隣接する上部主筋10との間を、二等分間隔となるようにそれぞれ配設される。【選択図】図1
