To provide a vegetation mat allowing earth forestation to be carried out rapidly and effectively.SOLUTION: A vegetation mat 100 is provided with: a bottom layer sheet 101 with flexibility; a surface layer sheet 102 with flexibility connected on a surface side of the bottom layer side 101; a plurality of long cylindrical parts 103 arranged between a bottom layer sheet 101 and the surface layer sheet 102, each of which extends in a lateral direction and being arranged in a longitudinal direction; and a plurality of connection parts 104 alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction with the plurality of long cylindrical parts 103 and connecting adjacent long cylindrical parts 103 to each other. A length of the surface layer sheet 102 is longer than that of the bottom layer sheet 101 in a cross-sectional view along the longitudinal direction of each of the long cylindrical parts 103 to suppress deformation of the bottom layer sheet 101 in association with deformation of the surface layer sheet 102 when charging a bag body 110 in a bag shape or a cylindrical shape containing vegetation material into each of the long cylindrical parts 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
