CONSTRUCTION MACHINE HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE
To provide a construction machine hydraulic drive device capable of: preventing deceleration or suspension of one of two actuators having lower load pressure when saturation is caused by combined operation thereof associated with a large load pressure difference; preventing deceleration or suspension of one of two actuators having higher load pressure when the saturation is caused by the combined operation thereof associated with a particularly large load pressure difference; and curbing variation in combined operation performance due to an inclination angle of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive device comprises: pressure compensation valves 39a to 39h which maintain a pressure difference before and after flow rate regulation valves 30a to 30g at a predetermined pressure difference; a switch valve 46 arranged at a hydraulic passage section at an upstream side of the pressure compensation valves 39e to 39g; an inclination sensor 49 which detects an inclination angle of a vehicle body; and a controller 50 which controls the switch valve 46 in accordance with the inclination angle of the vehicle body. When an operation device 32a is operated, the controller 50 performs control so as to reduce an opening of the switch valve 46 concurrently with variable control thereof in accordance with the inclination angle of the vehicle body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】2つのアクチュエータの負荷圧の差が大きい複合操作でサチュレーションが生じた場合に、低負荷圧側のアクチュエータの減速又は停止を防止し、2つのアクチュエータの負荷圧の差が特に大きくなる複合操作でサチュレーションが生じた場合に、高負荷圧側の走行モータの減速又は停止を防止すると共に、車体の傾斜度による複合操作性の変化を抑えることができる建設機械の油圧駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】油圧駆動装置は、流量制御弁30a〜30hの前後差圧を所定差圧に保持する圧力補償弁39a〜39hと、圧力補償弁39e〜39gの上流側の油路部分に配置された切換弁46と、車体の傾斜度を検出する傾斜センサ49と、車体の傾斜度に応じて切換弁46を制御するコントローラ50とを備える。コントローラ50は、操作装置32aが操作されたときに、切換弁46の開度を小さくなるように制御すると共に車体の傾斜度に応じて可変制御する。【選択図】図2
