To provide a highly versatile base metal-containing internal electrode paste for forming an internal electrode layer of a temperature-compensated multilayer ceramic capacitor having a low equivalent series resistance (ESR) by firing.SOLUTION: An internal electrode paste for forming an internal electrode layer 2 of a multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 having a low ESR, in which a dielectric layer 3 and an internal electrode layer 2 are alternately laminated, by firing, includes a base metal powder, and highly crystalline CSZT powder having average particle size of 75 to 150 nm, and the CSZT powder is an oxide solid solution powder represented by a composition formula [(Ca1-xSrx)O]m[(Zr1-yTiy)O2], and real numbers m, x, and y satisfy 0.98≤m≤1.02, 0.14≤x≤0.46, and 0.01≤y≤0.05, and the average crystal grain size measured by powder X-ray diffraction is 24 nm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】等価直列抵抗(ESR)が低い、温度補償型の積層セラミックコンデンサの内部電極層を焼成により形成するための汎用性の高い卑金属含有内部電極ペーストを提供する。【解決手段】誘電体層3と内部電極層2とが交互に積層されてなる、ESRの低い積層セラミックコンデンサ1の内部電極層2を焼成により形成するための内部電極ペーストであり、卑金属粉末と、平均粒径が75〜150nmで高結晶性のCSZT粉末と、を含み、前記CSZT粉末は、組成式[(Ca1-xSrx)О]m[(Zr1-yTiy)О2]で表される酸化物固溶体の粉末であり、実数m、x、yは、0.98≦m≦1.02,0.14≦x≦0.46,0.01≦y≦0.05を満たし、粉末X線回折法により計測される平均結晶粒径が24nm以上であることを特徴とする内部電極ペーストである。【選択図】図1
