To provide a foamed laminate sheet which can give a good mat feeling without using, for example, a mat agent.SOLUTION: A foamed laminate sheet has a base material layer, a foamed resin layer positioned on one surface side of the base material layer, and a coat layer that is positioned on a surface side opposite to the base material layer of the foamed resin layer and contains a resin, and has an uneven shape on the surface on the coat layer side with the foamed resin layer as a reference. In cross-sectional view, the foamed laminate sheet has a crack in a direction toward the inside of the foamed laminate sheet from the recessed surface of the uneven shape, and has the crack in at least the coat layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
