AERATED CONCRETE CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AERATED CONCRETE CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CASHBOX MANUFACTURING METHOD USING CASHBOX MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
To continuously manufacture quick-setting aerated concrete having stable quality by avoiding adhesion of aerated concrete that tends to occur on the wall surface during hardening, improving the fire resistance inside the aerated concrete, and solving the difficulty of kneading by adding a large amount of water to increase the number of bubbles.SOLUTION: A mixer includes a cylindrical outer frame, a rotor arranged around the center of the outer frame, a rotation drive source of the rotor, and a kneading part provided in a space formed between the inner surface of the outer frame and the outer surface of the rotor, and the kneading part includes kneading/stirring means that is a combination of a moving body and a stationary body. A cement composition, a quick-setting agent and a retarding agent are charged into the mixer, and bubbles formed of water, air, and a foaming agent are charged into the outer frame near the combination position of the moving body and the stationary body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硬化の際に壁面に発生し易い気泡コンクリート付着を回避させ、気泡コンクリート内の耐火性を向上させ、気泡を多くするために多量の水量を投入することによる混練難さを解決することで、安定した品質のある急結性気泡コンクリートを連続製造する。【解決手段】ミキサーが、円筒形の外枠と、該外枠の中心を中心として配置される回転体と、回転体の回転駆動源と、前記外枠の内面と前記回転体の外面との間に形成される空間部に設けた混練部と、を備え、前記混練部に動作体と静止体との組み合わせになる混練・撹拌手段を備えて構成され、前記ミキサーにセメント組成物、及び急結剤及び遅延剤を投入し、当該動作体と静止体との組み合わせ位置の近傍の外枠に、水、空気及び起泡剤から形成された泡を投入する。【選択図】図1
