POWDER TYPE QUICK-SETTING AGENT, QUICK-SETTING MATERIAL AND SPRAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a powder type quick-setting agent capable of indicating a favorable coagulation intensity when using as a quick-setting material, and to provide the quick-setting material and a spray construction method.SOLUTION: A powder type quick-setting agent includes calcium aluminates, calcium hydroxide, alkali carbonate and aluminum sulfate and/or alums. The average grain size (D50) of alkali carbonate is preferably in the range of 10 to 100 μm. Further preferably, the quick-setting agent includes 30-80 pts.mass of calcium aluminates, 10-30 pts.mass of calcium hydroxide, 5-20 pts.mass of the above alkali carbonate and 5-30 pts.mass of aluminum sulfate and/or alums in 100 pts.mass of the powder type quick-setting agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】急結材料として使用した際に、良好な凝結強度を示すことができる粉末状急結剤、急結材料、及び吹付け施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】カルシウムアルミネート類と、水酸化カルシウムと、炭酸アルカリと、硫酸アルミニウム及び／又はミョウバン類と、を含む粉末状急結剤である。好ましくは、炭酸アルカリの平均粒径（Ｄ５０）は、１０〜１００μｍであり、更に好ましくは、粉末状急結剤１００質量部中、前記カルシウムアルミネート類を３０〜８０質量部、前記水酸化カルシウムを１０〜３０質量部、前記炭酸アルカリを５〜２０質量部、前記硫酸アルミニウム及び／又は前記ミョウバン類を５〜３０質量部からなる。【選択図】なし
