To provide an operation knob that is excellent in both rigidity and operability.SOLUTION: An operation knob 1 includes: a knob base 10 with an operating end 11 at one end in the longitudinal direction; a rotation shaft 30 which is installed on the back surface side of the knob base 10 and whose axial direction is oriented to the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction; and a pair of standing walls 50 projecting from the back surface of the knob base 10, extending in the longitudinal direction, and spaced apart in the width direction. The pair of standing walls 50 are shaped so that the distance between them expands from the rotation shaft 30 side to the operating end 11 side in 70% or more of the section in the longitudinal direction from the rotation shaft 30 to the operating end 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
