VEHICLE-LOADED FLOOR PANEL FOR MULTISTORY PARKING SPACE
To provide a vehicle-loaded floor panel for multistory parking space that can suppress squeaks due to deformation in vehicle loading and perform water-proofing processing against rainwater from vehicles.SOLUTION: A vehicle-loaded floor panel for multistory parking space is formed by connecting a plurality of aluminum-made shaped materials having hollow parts in a width direction. At a width-directional end of an end part shaped material 4, a protrusion fitting part 6 is formed which can be fitted to a recessed fitting part 5 formed at an adjacent intermediate shaped material 3, and right below the recessed fitting part 5 of the adjacent intermediate shaped material 3, a gutter 7 is provided which allows rainwater entering from the recessed fitting part 5 and projection fitting part 6 in the fitted state to flow. The gutter 7 consists of a pair of wall parts 7a, 7b and a bottom part 7c connected to those wall parts 7a, 7b, wherein the one wall part 7a forms a hollow part 10, and the other wall part 7b is stood on the bottom part 7c, and has its upper end forming a gap s with a reverse surface of a floor part 11 of the adjacent end part shaped material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車両積載時の撓みによる軋み音を抑制すると共に、車両からの雨水の防水処理を施すことができる立体駐車場の車両積載用床パネルを提供すること。【解決手段】中空部を有する複数のアルミニウム製の形材を、幅方向に連結して形成される立体駐車場の車両積載用床パネルにおいて、端部形材4の幅方向の端部に、隣接する中間形材3に形成された凹条嵌合部5と互いに嵌合可能な凸条嵌合部6を形成し、隣接する中間形材3の凹条嵌合部5の直下には、嵌合された状態の凹条嵌合部5と凸条嵌合部6から浸入する雨水を流すための樋7を設ける。樋7は、一対の壁部7a,7bとこれら壁部7a,7bに連結される底部7cとからなり、一方の壁部7aは中空部10を形成し、他方の壁部7bは、底部7cから立設され、その上端は隣接する端部形材4の床部11の裏面に対して隙間sが形成されている。【選択図】 図2
