To provide a resin composition capable of suppressing deterioration of a CA mortar layer in a slab type track, in particular the deterioration of the CA mortar layer due to freezing and thawing, and to provide a method for protecting the CA mortar layer using the resin composition, and the slab type track.SOLUTION: A resin composition for protecting a CA mortar layer of a slab type track 10 comprising an epoxy compound (A), a reactive acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer (B), and a polyamide amine (C) is coated on the surface of a CA mortar layer 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
