HOLLOW PIPE PULLING-OUT METHOD, HOLLOW PIPE PULLING-OUT DEVICE, AND PULLING-OUT CONE IN HOLLOW PIPE PULLING-OUT DEVICE
To provide a pulling-out method and a pulling-out device which securely perform press-fitting into a hollow pipe by uniformly adding force across a circumferential direction of the hollow pipe when press-fitted into the hollow pipe, and improve certainty and work efficiency of pulling-out by easily performing separation of a press-fitted cone and the hollow pipe.SOLUTION: A cone (1) which comprises a partial pyramidal body capable of being inserted into a hollow inside of a hollow pipe, and having protrusions or recesses formed on an outer peripheral face is inserted from an upper end of the buried and fixed hollow pipe. The cone (1) is press-fitted into an upper part of the hollow pipe by rotating around a rotation axis in one direction, while continuously vibrating vertically along an axial direction of the hollow pipe. Then, a part of the pulled-out hollow pipe is cut, to release the press-fitting of the cone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】中空パイプへ圧入する際に中空パイプの周方向に亘って均等に力を加えることで、中空パイプへの圧入を確実に行い、さらに圧入後のコーンと中空パイプの分離を容易に行うことで、引き抜きの確実性及び作業効率を向上させる引き抜き方法、引き抜き装置を提供する。【解決手段】中空パイプの中空内部に挿入可能な部分錐体からなると共に外周面に凸部ないし凹部が形成されたコーン(1)を、埋設固定した中空パイプの上端から挿入し、中空パイプの軸方向に沿って上下に連続振動させながら回転軸周りを一方向に回転させることで、コーン(1)を中空パイプの上部に圧入させる。その後、引き抜いたのちの中空パイプの一部を切断してコーンとの圧入を解除する。【選択図】図7
