AUGER INTERMEDIATE SWING STOPPER ABNORMAL APPROACH WARNING DEVICE
To provide an auger intermediate swing stopper abnormal approach warning device capable of preventing abnormal falling of an auger rod intermediate swing stopper.SOLUTION: An intermediate swing stopper 8 of an auger rod 5 is installed to prevent lateral swinging of the auger rod 5 while being suspended from a reduction gear 6 of the auger rod 5 by a suspension member 9 and descending between the reduction gear 6 and a lower swing stopper 7 of the auger rod 5 positioned below the reduction gear 6 together with the reduction gear 6 and the auger rod 5 drooped from the reduction gear 6 by gravity. A distance measurement device for measuring a distance from the reduction gear 6 to the intermediate swing stopper 8 and a warning device for notifying a danger when the distance measured by the distance measurement device reaches a set value or lower are provided. A laser distance meter 11, serving as the distance measurement device, for applying a laser beam toward a target 12 fitted to the intermediate swing stopper 8 to calculate the distance from the reduction gear 6 to the intermediate swing stopper 8 is installed in the reduction gear 6. A buzzer 13 and a rotary lamp 14 are installed to constitute the warning device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】オーガロッドの中間振止めの異常落下を防止できるオーガ中間振止めの異常接近警告装置を提供する。【解決手段】オーガロッド5の減速機6に吊り部材9にて吊り下げられ、減速機6と減速機6の下方に位置するオーガロッド5の下部振止め7との間を、減速機6及び減速機6に垂設されたオーガロッド5と共に重力によって降下しながら、オーガロッド5の横振れを防止するオーガロッド5の中間振止め8を設置する。減速機6から中間振止め8までの距離を測定する距離測定装置と、距離測定装置による距離が設定値以下に達したとき危険を知らしめる警告装置を設置する。距離測定装置として中間振止め8に取り付けられたターゲット12に向けてレーザ光を照射して、減速機6から中間振止め8までの距離を導き出すレーザ距離計11を減速機6に設置する。警告装置としてブザー13と回転灯14を設置する。【選択図】図２
