To provide: a water stop that can reliably prevent water from entering the interior of a building through a building opening such as a column spacing, has a simple structure, has a small number of parts, and can be installed easily in a short time and with low labor; and a water stop fixing device using such a water stop.SOLUTION: The water stop fixing device comprises: a fixing metal tool to be fixedly attached to the upper edge side of a substantially rectangular-shaped water stop; a grip metal tool connected to the fixing metal tool in a relatively movable manner; a main shaft interposed between the fixing metal too and the grip metal tool for coupling the fixing metal tool and the grip metal tool in a relatively movable manner; an operation member provided on the grip metal tool and concurrently coupled to the main shaft for causing the grip metal tool to operate; and an operation lever fixedly mounted on the main shaft inside a metal tool body for bringing the main shaft into a rotational operation. The grip metal tool protrudes to be fixed to the surface of a structure, which causes the water stop to be fixedly attached to the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱間等の建造物開口から建物の内部への水の浸入を確実に防ぐことができ、構造がシンプルであり、部品点数が少なく、取付け作業が容易で短時間及び低労力での取付け可能な止水板及びこれを用いた止水板取付装置を提供する。【解決手段】略矩形板状の止水板の上辺の端部側に固定取り付けされる固定金具と、前記固定金具に対して相対運動可能に連結されたグリップ金具と、前記固定金具とグリップ金具との間に介在して設けられ、前記固定金具とグリップ金具とを相対運動可能に連結する主軸と、前記グリップ金具に設けられ、且つ前記主軸に結合されてグリップ金具を動作させる作動部材と、前記金具本体の内部において前記主軸に固定取り付けされ、当該主軸を回転動作させる操作レバーとを備え、前記グリップ金具が構造物の面に突っ張り固定されることにより、前記止水板を構造物に対して固定取り付けするものである。【選択図】図１
