DRAINAGE PIPING JOINT
To provide a drainage piping joint exhibiting optimum damping performance, vibration insulation performance, and sound insulation performance, and having a structure suitable especially for the vibration insulation performance.SOLUTION: A drainage piping joint 100 includes: a pipe body 110 including a straight pipe part 116 which is arranged in a through-hole of a floor slab S when installed in a building, and a diameter shrunk part 118; an upward vertical pipe connection part 120 to which a drainage vertical pipe 520 is connected; a drainage pipe connection part 130 to which a drainage vertical pipe 530 is connected; and a lateral branch pipe connection part 140 to which a drainage lateral branch pipe 510 is connected. On the outer periphery of the pipe body 110, an outer layer member 700 is provided so as to be wound thereon. The outer layer member 700 has a three-layer structure consisting of a damping material 714, a vibration insulation body 720, and a sound insulation cover 730 sequentially from the inner layer, and the vibration insulation body 720 is wound on the straight pipe part and the diameter shrunk part so that a paper-made rock wool sheet having a partially annular shape in an extended state and provided with a cut on an annular outer periphery side closes the cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】排水配管継手において、最適な制振性能・振動絶縁性能・遮音性能を発現するとともに、特に振動絶縁性能に好適な構造を備える。【解決手段】この排水配管継手100は、建築物に施工された際に、床スラブSの貫通孔に配置され直管部116と縮径部118と備えた管本体110と、排水立管520を接続する上立管接続部120と、排水立管530を接続する排水管接続部130と、排水横枝管510を接続する横枝管接続部140とを備え、管本体110の外周には外層部材700が巻き付けるように設けてあり、この外層部材700は、内層から順に、制振材714、振動絶縁体720、遮音カバー730の3層構造で、振動絶縁体720は展開形状が部分円環形状で円環外周側に切れ目を備えた抄造されたロックウールシートが縮径部と切れ目を閉じるようにして直管部とに巻き付けられている。【選択図】図5
