To provide a method for joining a top board and a sink that can join the top board and the sink in a shorter time while ensuring waterproofness between the top board and the sink.SOLUTION: The method of joining a top board and a sink, in which the upper surface of a flange protruded outward from an upper end of the sink is joined to a lower surface of the top board having an opening comprises: a first arrangement step for arranging an adhesive tape over an entire circumference of the lower surface of the opening; a second arrangement step for arranging a waterproof tape on the upper surface over the entire circumference; a coating step for applying an uncured adhesive having fluidity to an outer peripheral side of the waterproof tape on the upper surface; and a joining step for joining the lower surface and the upper surface so that the adhesive tape is arranged on an inner peripheral side of the waterproof tape on the upper surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
