AGITATION DEVICE
To reduce construction costs by improving the ground after removing existing piles to have the same strength and rigidity as the surrounding ground.SOLUTION: An agitation device comprises: a rotating shaft 34 coaxially connected to a casing 24 at a lower end of the casing 24 so as to be integrally rotatable with the casing 24 and provided with a discharge port 3402B at a lower end thereof; a set of excavation blades 36 provided at the lower end of the rotating shaft 34 so as to be integrally rotatable with the rotating shaft 34; a drum 38 rotatably supported coaxially with and rotatably with the rotating shaft 34 at a position of the rotating shaft 34 above the set of excavation blades 36; a set of drum rotation prevention plates 40 that penetrates an inner wall of a pile removal hole and prevents rotation of the drum 38; a set of upper fixed blades 42 and a set of lower fixed blades 44 supported by an inner peripheral portion of the drum 38 and arranged radially inside the drum 38; a set of upper agitating blades 46 and a set of lower agitating blades 48 provided on the rotating shaft 34 so as to be integrally rotatable with the rotating shaft 34; and consolidation pipes 5006 connecting injection pipes 2402 provided in the casing 24 and a discharge port 3402B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
