FIXING METAL FITTING
To provide a fixing metal fitting that can be formed so that a swelling part formed by swelling the tip of a reinforcing bar by hot upsetting does not protrude from the fixing metal fitting or does not protrude as much as possible.SOLUTION: A fixing metal fitting includes a through-hole which is sandwiched and fixed by a raised part formed by raising a prescribed place near the tip of a reinforcing bar and a swollen part formed by swelling the tip of the reinforcing bar by hot upsetting and into which the tip part of the reinforcing bar is inserted, and a flange part formed around the through-hole; a pocket part enlarged stepwise from an opening on the reinforcing bar insertion side of the through-hole for housing a part or the whole of the hot upsetting body of the reinforcing bar tip part is formed in the opening inner periphery of the through-hole on the reinforcing bar tip side to be mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 鉄筋の先端を熱間据込み加工によって膨出させてなる膨出部が定着用金具から突出しないか極力突出しないように形成することができる定着用金具を得る。【解決手段】 鉄筋の先端付近の所定個所を隆起させてなる隆起部と、鉄筋の先端を熱間据込み加工によって膨出させてなる膨出部とで挟み込んで固定され、鉄筋の先端部が挿通される貫通孔と、貫通孔の周囲に形成された鍔部とを備えた定着用金具において、装着される鉄筋先端側の貫通孔の開口内周囲に、鉄筋先端部の熱間据込み加工体の一部又は全部が収容されるための貫通孔の鉄筋挿入側の開口よりも階段状に拡大されたポケット部が形成されているもの。【選択図】 図１
