LOCK STRUCTURE OF FEMALE SCREW MEMBER SCREWED WITH REINFORCEMENT, AND REINFORCEMENT FASTENING STRUCTURE
To provide a lock structure of a female screw member screwed with a reinforcement capable of suppressing a sliding amount, capable of attaching a female screw member such as a fastening plate or a coupler to an optional length position of a male screw portion of a reinforcement, and capable of being performed at low cost with excellent workability.SOLUTION: A lock structure locks a fastening plate 3 or a coupler that is a female screw member screwed with a male screw portion 1c provided on an outer peripheral surface of an end portion of a reinforcement 1. A binding wire 4 is fitted into and wound around a screw groove of the male screw portion 1c of the reinforcement 1 so that the lock structure is positioned at a reinforcement center side of the fastening plate 3 or the coupler and can be in contact with a side face portion of the fastening plate 3 or the coupler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】すべり量を小さく抑えることができ、かつ鉄筋の雄ねじ部の任意長さ位置に定着板またはカプラー等の雌ねじ部材を取付けることができ、作業性にも優れて低コストで実施することができる鉄筋螺合雌ねじ部材のロック構造を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋1の端部の外周面に設けられた雄ねじ部1cに螺合する雌ねじ部材である定着板3またはカプラーのロックを行う構造である。定着板3またはカプラーの鉄筋中央側に位置して、定着板3またはカプラーの側面部に接触可能に、結束線4が鉄筋1の雄ねじ部1cのねじ溝に嵌まって巻かれる。【選択図】図1
