To provide a sickle lock receptacle that enables position adjustment of the contacting part of a trigger with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A sickle lock receptacle U, configured to include A strike box 10 having a forward opened accommodating space 10a and a front plate 15 having a hook-engaging entrance 15d, in which at a position located at the lower edge of a hook-engaging entrance 15d of the front plate 15 and on the back side of the front plate 15, a trigger contact plate 20 is provided which is made from a thin plate with a width dimension less than or equal to the width dimension of the front plate 15, and the trigger contact plate 20 is so mounted as to be vertically movable along the front plate 15 for partially closing the hook engagement entrance 15d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
