To provide a roof structure and a cover member that can be easily constructed as compared with the conventional one.SOLUTION: A solar cell module with a solar cell panel is installed on the roof base. The cover member has a cover body extending from the light receiving surface of the solar cell panel across the roof base in the direction of the eaves, and a cover member having a side wall that is bent from the end of the cover body in the girder direction toward the roof base side. The side wall portion has a side wall body portion and a folded piece. The folded piece is continuously supported in a cantilever shape with the side wall body or the cover body, and the bent piece is bent so as not to come into contact with the light receiving surface of the solar cell panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
