REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF WOODEN STRUCTURAL MEMBER AND WOODEN BUILDING
To prevent the plate from digging into the first wooden structural member and causing plastic deformation and damage to the first wooden structural member when the plate is pressed against the first wooden structural member by the tensile force generated in the insertion rod.SOLUTION: There is provided a reinforcing structure of wooden structural members including a plate 13 applied to a beam 1 which is the first structural member, a U-shaped holder 11 fixed to a pillar 2 which is a second wooden structural member, an insertion rod 12 inserted into a structural member insertion hole 1a and a plate insertion hole 13a, a nut 14a attached to one end side of the insertion rod 12 and pressed against the plate 13, and a nut 15a attached to the other end of the insertion rod 12 and connecting the insertion rod 12 to the U-shaped holder 11. Lag screws 21 to 24 for preventing the plate 13 from being sunk into the beam 1 are screwed into the beam 1 in the vicinity of the periphery of the structural member insertion hole 1a along the axial direction of the insertion rod 12. The heads of the lug screws 21 to 24 abut on the lower surface of the plate 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】挿通ロッドに生じた引張力によりプレートが第1木製構造部材に押し付けられた場合に、プレートが第1木製構造部材にめり込み、第1木製構造部材が塑性変形し損傷するのを防止する。【解決手段】第1構造部材である梁1に当てがわれるプレート13と、第2木製構造部材である柱2に固定されるU型ホルダー11と、構造部材挿通孔1aとプレート挿通孔13aに挿通される挿通ロッド12と、挿通ロッド12の一端側に取り付けられ、プレート13に押し付けられるナット14aと、挿通ロッド12の他端側に取り付けられ、挿通ロッド12をU型ホルダー11に接続するナット15aとを備え、梁1には、構造部材挿通孔1aの周囲近傍に、挿通ロッド12の軸方向に沿って、プレート13が梁1にめり込むのを防止するラグスクリュー21〜24がねじ込まれ、ラグスクリュー21〜24の頭部はプレート13の下面に当接するようになっている木製構造部材の補強構造とする。【選択図】図1
