FILLER FILLING AND MANAGING METHOD
To provide a filler filling and managing method which can confirm filling of a filler in a gap between a reinforcement insertion hole and a reinforcement in a beam-column joint part and a precast beam member when the gap is filled with the filler.SOLUTION: In the filler filling and managing method, a beam-column joint part 11 has a first injection hole 20 for injecting a filler and filling a gap between a reinforcement insertion hole and a reinforcement with the filler, and a precast beam member has a second injection hole 21 for injecting the filler and filling the gap with the filler and a detection hole 22 that is provided nearer to the side of the beam-column joint part than the second injection hole and communicates with the gap. When temperature variation higher than an atmospheric temperature after the filler has been injected to the gap from the first and second injection holes is detected by temperature measurement by a temperature sensor arranged on the detection hole, it is confirmed that the gap is filled with the filler by determining that the filler having flowed in the gap reaches a position of the temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱梁接合部とプレキャスト梁部材において鉄筋挿入孔と鉄筋との間隙に充填材を充填した際にその間隙における充填材の充填確認が可能な充填材充填管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】この充填材充填管理方法は、柱梁接合部11は充填材を注入し鉄筋挿入孔と鉄筋との隙間に充填する第1の注入孔20を有し、プレキャスト梁部材は、充填材を注入し隙間に充填する第2の注入孔21と、第2の注入孔よりも柱梁接合部側に設けられ隙間と連通する検知孔22と、を有し、第1および第2の注入孔から充填材を隙間に注入した後に雰囲気温度よりも高くなる温度変動を、検知孔に配置された温度センサによる温度測定により検知したときに、隙間を流動した充填材が温度センサの位置に到達したと判断することで隙間に充填材が充填されたことを確認する。【選択図】図1
