CONTROL DEVICE INSTALLED AT COLUMN BEAM FRAMING BODY
To provide a control device installed at a column beam framing body which is suppressed in a cost, easy in the securement of construction accuracy, suppressed in the generation of noise, and can easily secure the stiffness and strength of a member.SOLUTION: A control device 10 is installed at a column beam framing body 11 including a pair of column members 12, and a first member 13 and a second member 14 constituting a beam. The control device 10 comprises a seesaw member 15 having a triangle shape when viewed from a direction orthogonal to a structure plane, a pin joining body 16 for rotatably joining the seesaw member 15 to the first member 13, a pair of first dampers 17 for connecting both end parts of the seesaw member 15 and the first member 13, and a first tie rod 18 and a second tie rod 19 which are pin-joined to the seesaw member at a mutual common point at lower end parts, and pin-joined to mutual opposite end parts of the second member 14 at upper end parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
