ROTATION JIG OF UNDERGROUND PILED COLUMN
To provide a rotation jig of an underground piled column capable of joining a plurality of divided members in a laid state with each other regardless of size etc. when forming one underground piled column by joining the plurality of divided members.SOLUTION: A rotation jig 12 of an underground piled column used for forming an underground piled column 2 in a laid state, by making a holding tool 8 hold each of a plurality of divided members 3 so that each center axis matches and joining end portions of neighboring divided members 3 with each other while rotating the holding tool 8 around its center axis, comprises: a holding portion 14 which extends in an elongated manner in a center axis direction of the rotation jig 12, and is constituted so as to make the holding jig 8 hold its lengthwise intermediate portion so that the center axis of the holding jig 8 matches the center axis of the rotation jig 12; and a connection portion 16 which is integrally provided at one end portion in a longer direction of the holding portion 14, and is constituted so as to be fixed to one end portion in a longer direction of the divided member 3 so that the center axis of the divided member 3 matches the center axis of the rotation jig 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】複数の分割部材を繋ぎ合わせて一本の構真柱を形成する際に、それらの複数の分割部材を、大きさ等によらず、横向きに寝かせた状態で繋ぎ合わせることができる構真柱の回転用治具を提供すること。【解決手段】複数の分割部材３のそれぞれを保持具８に互いの中心軸が一致するように保持させて、保持具８をその中心軸回りに回転させながら隣り合う分割部材３の端部同士を繋ぎ合わせることにより、構真柱２を横向きに寝かせた状態で形成するために用いられる構真柱の回転用治具１２であって、回転用治具１２の中心軸方向に細長く伸び、その長さ途中部を、保持具８の中心軸と回転用治具１２の中心軸が一致するように、保持具８に保持させることができるよう構成された保持部１４と、保持部１４の長さ方向の一方の端部に一体的に設けられ、分割部材３の中心軸と回転用治具１２の中心軸が一致するように、分割部材３の長さ方向の一方の端部に固定することができるよう構成された連結部１６を備えた。【選択図】図４
