PIPING STRUCTURE AND PIPE JOINT
To reduce propagation of vibration to a building by increasing sound insulation performance and anti-vibration performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a piping structure comprising a resin pipe joint 7 inserted into a slab through hole portion 15 of a floor slab 3 and a drainage pipe member (standing pipe 5) connected to a lower end of the pipe joint 7. The pipe joint 7 has an upper main body portion 21 that protrudes upward from an upper end of the slab through hole portion 15 and has a lateral branch pipe connecting portion 14, a main body intermediate portion 22 arranged in the slab through hole portion 15, and a lower main body portion 23 protruding from a lower end of the slab through hole portion 15 and connected to the drainage pipe member. The main body intermediate portion 22 and the lower main body portion 23 are covered with an inorganic fiber layer 42. The lower main body portion 23 located below a lower surface of the slab through hole portion 15 and the vicinity of an upper end of the drainage pipe member are covered with a sound insulating sheet 61. A lower portion of the inorganic fiber layer 42 on an outer peripheral surface of the lower main body portion 23 is covered with the sound insulating sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】遮音防振性能をより高めて、建物への振動伝播を減らせるようにする。【解決手段】床スラブ3のスラブ貫通孔部15へ挿入配置される樹脂製の管継手7と、管継手7の下端部と接続された排水用管部材(立管5)と、を備えた配管構造に関する。管継手7は、スラブ貫通孔部15の上端よりも上側へ突出し、横枝管接続部14を有する上部本体部21と、スラブ貫通孔部15内に配置される本体中間部22と、スラブ貫通孔部15の下端から突出して排水用管部材と接続される下部本体部23と、を備える。本体中間部22と下部本体部23が無機質繊維層42で覆われる。スラブ貫通孔部15の下面よりも下側に位置する、下部本体部23、および、排水用管部材の上端部周辺が遮音シート61で覆われる。下部本体部23の外周面の無機質繊維層42の下部が、遮音シートで覆われる。【選択図】図3
