RESIDUAL STRESS REDUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL WELDED MEMBER AND RESIDUAL STRESS REDUCTION METHOD FOR WELDED STRUCTURE
To provide a method for reducing residual stress of a steel welded member and a method for reducing residual stress of a welded structure in which residual stress can be surely reduced.SOLUTION: A method for reducing residual stress in a steel welded member in which a plurality of plate-shaped metal members are welded to each other via a weld zone includes: performing high frequency induction heating to a target region along an end of the weld zone among the metal members; stopping high frequency induction heating when the temperature of the target region reaches a predetermined temperature by the high frequency induction heating; and cooling the target region after stopping the high frequency induction heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】残留応力を確実に低減することが可能な鋼溶接部材の残留応力低減方法及び溶接構造の残留応力低減方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼溶接部材の残留応力低減方法は、板状の複数の金属部材同士が溶接部により溶接された鋼溶接部材において、金属部材のうち溶接部の止端部に沿った対象領域に対して高周波誘導加熱を行うことと、高周波誘導加熱により対象領域の温度が所定温度に到達した場合に、高周波誘導加熱を停止することと、高周波誘導加熱を停止した後、対象領域を冷却することとを含む。【選択図】図2
