POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE RELAXATION DEVICE
To reduce the size of a positive and negative pressure relaxation device 1 and to provide means of preventing a valve body 411 of the positive and negative pressure relaxation device 1 from tilting during operation.SOLUTION: There is provided a positive and negative pressure relaxation device 1 having a ventilation hole 32 and a valve body 411 and opening the ventilation hole 32 when the inside of equipment 100 becomes a positive pressure or a negative pressure. The positive and negative pressure relaxation device can be miniaturized by arranging an exhaust valve 4a that operates at the time of positive pressure and the valve body 411 of an intake valve 4b that operates at the time of negative pressure in the equipment 100. A guide 411b on the valve body 411 of the intake valve 4b and exhaust valve 4a is guided by a guide receiving part 332 on a mounting cylinder 3 so that the valve body 411 can contact a valve seat 34 without tilting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】正負圧緩和装置1の小型化、及び正負圧緩和装置1に備えた弁体411の作動時の傾きの防止手段を提供する。【解決手段】通気孔32と弁体411を備え、設備機器100内部が正圧又は負圧となった際に通気孔32を開口する正負圧緩和装置1について、設備機器100内が正圧時に作動する排気弁4aと負圧時に作動する吸気弁4bの弁体411を列設することで、正負圧緩和装置を小型化することができる。また、吸気弁4b及び排気弁4aの弁体411に設けたガイド部411bが、取り付け筒3に設けたガイド受け部332にガイドされることによって、弁体411が傾くことなく、弁体411を弁座34に当接させることができる。【選択図】図1
