INTERIOR SHEET MATERIAL BONDING METHOD AND INTERIOR SHEET MATERIAL BONDING STRUCTURE
To provide an interior sheet material bonding method and an interior sheet material bonding structure having non-land concealment property, easy workability and non-combustibility by adhering the interior sheet material only with an adhesive whose main element is an inorganic material, that is, a mortar-containing material.SOLUTION: The inventive method has a step of forming a base non-landing adjustment adhesive layer made of a mortar-containing material 2 on a base material 3 made of a material other than metal, and a step of adhering an interior sheet material 1 to the surface of the base non-landing adjustment adhesive layer. An uncured composition of the mortar-containing material 2 may be applied to the surface of the base material 3 to form an uncured mortar-containing material; before the uncured mortar-containing material is cured, the interior sheet material 1 may be installed on the uncured mortar-containing material; after that, by curing the uncured mortar-containing material to form the mortar-containing material 2, the mortar-containing material 2 may be adhered to the base material 3 and the interior sheet material 1 may be adhered to the surface of the mortar-containing material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】無機系材料を主たる要素とする接着剤、すなわちモルタル含有材のみで内装シート材を接着することにより、不陸隠蔽性、易施工性及び不燃性を有する内装シート材接着方法及び内装シート材接着構造を提供する。【解決手段】金属以外の材質からなる下地材3に、モルタル含有材2からなる下地不陸調整接着層を形成する工程と、下地不陸調整接着層の表面に内装シート材1を接着する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。また、モルタル含有材2の未硬化組成物を下地材3の表面に塗工して、未硬化モルタル含有材を形成し、未硬化モルタル含有材が硬化する前に、内装シート材1を未硬化モルタル含有材に設置し、その後、未硬化モルタル含有材を硬化させてモルタル含有材2を形成することによって、モルタル含有材2を下地材3に接着するとともに、内装シート材1をモルタル含有材2の表面に接着しても良い。【選択図】図1
