To provide a sound absorption panel capable of maintaining a quality stably even with a different mastery degree of operators by stretching a cloth without using adhesive agent, reducing a manufacturing lead time, improving a sound absorption performance and preventing a deterioration of design, and provide a panel unit.SOLUTION: A sound absorption panel 10 comprises a metallic punching metal 11 perforated with a number of open holes 11a, a cloth 12 covering one surface of the punching metal 11 and a perforated board 13 provided on the other surface of the punching metal 11 and having a number of holes 13a at the same portion with the open holes 11a, and a folding back part bent toward the other surface and folded back toward the opposite side is formed at four sides at the punching metal 11 and it is locked by a clip member 16 at the inner peripheral side end of the folding part in the state where an end of the cloth 12 is stretched along the folding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】接着剤を用いずに布を張ることにより、作業者の習熟度に違いがあっても品質を安定的に維持でき、生産リードタイムを短縮し、吸音性能を向上させ、さらに、デザイン性の低下を防止することが可能となる、吸音パネル、及び、パネルユニットを提供する。【解決手段】吸音パネル１０は、多数の貫通孔１１ａが開口された金属製のパンチングメタル１１とパンチングメタル１１の一方の面を被覆するクロス１２とパンチングメタル１１の他方の面に設けられて貫通孔１１ａと同じ部分に多数の孔部１３ａが形成された有孔ボード１３とを備え、パンチングメタル１１における四辺には、他方の面の側に折り曲げられるとともに対向する辺の側に折り返された折り返し部が形成され、折り返し部の内周側端部において、クロス１２の端部が折り返し部に沿って張設された状態でクリップ部材１６により係止される。【選択図】図２
