METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE MEMBER AND DECORATIVE MEMBER
To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative member capable of uniformly applying ink onto a base material having an uneven shape without causing any restriction on design expression.SOLUTION: In manufacturing a decorative member 1 in which a pattern layer is laminated on one surface of a base material made of a cement-based material and having concave portions and convex portions on the one surface, a step of coloring the whole of the one surface with a uniform color by a coating method other than an inkjet method is performed, and then, a step of forming the pattern layer is performed by making inks having a plurality of hues including white ink landed on at least a part of the convex portion excluding the concave portion by an inkjet method according to the print data for full-color printing. Thereby, even in a condition that a relatively dark color is colored on the whole of the one surface of the base material, an impact of the condition on the inks of the plurality of hues applied on the surface can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凹凸形状を有する基材に対し、意匠表現に制約が生じることなく、均一にインキを塗布することの可能な化粧部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント系材料からなり、一方の面に凹部及び凸部を有する基材の一方の面上に、模様層が積層された化粧部材1を製造する際に、インクジェット方式を除く塗装方式により一方の面全体を均一色に着色する工程を行った後、凹部を除く凸部上の少なくとも一部に、フルカラー印刷用の印刷データにしたがって、白色インキを含む複数の色相のインキを、インクジェット方式で着弾させて模様層を形成する工程を行うことで、基材の一方の面全体に比較的濃い色を着色した場合であっても、この上に塗布された複数の色相のインキが影響を受けることを抑制することができる。【選択図】図1
