To provide a utilization method of CO2 in cement manufacture exhaust gas capable of efficiently utilizing by methanating CO2 in a cement exhaust gas that is not derived from fossil fuel, for reducing CO2 derived from energy and a CO2 utilization system.SOLUTION: Methane is generated by adding hydrogen to CO2 in the exhaust gas from a cement manufacturing apparatus or CO2 separated and recovered from the exhaust gas, and the methane is used as an alternative fuel for fossil fuel, and the CO2 of the energy origin is reduced, and the reduction effect of the greenhouse effect gas can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
