DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND DRAINAGE METHOD
To provide a drainage system and a drainage method, that can accurately detect a stop position of solid matter in a drainage horizontal branch pipe and can discharge the solid matter stopped in the drainage horizontal branch pipe with an appropriate amount of water.SOLUTION: The drainage system 1 comprises: a water supply part 10; a command part; and a detection part 11. The water supply part 10 supplies water to the drainage horizontal branch pipe 31 that receives drainage discharged from a plurality of appliances 2. The command part commands the water supply part 10 to supply water to the drainage horizontal branch pipe 31. The detection part 11 senses the solid matter 9 in the drainage lateral branch pipe 31 to detect the stop position of the solid matter 9. The command part changes a state of water supply to the drainage horizontal branch pipe 31 by the water supply part 10 according to a detection result of the detection part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
