CONNECTION DEVICE FOR FAUCET SOCKET, FAUCET, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FAUCET
To provide a connection device for a faucet socket that is easy to install.SOLUTION: A connection device 80 for a faucet socket 10 comprises a cylindrical piping take-out member 20 that connects between the faucet socket 10 and piping 3 arranged on a back side of a wall part 2 by screwing the faucet socket 10 in a state of being fixed to the wall part 2 constituting a mounting surface S of a faucet 1. Further, the connection device 80 comprises a seal ring 60 that is interposed between the inner peripheral surface 44 of the piping take-out member 20 having a female screw part 46 and the outer peripheral surface 43 of a cylindrical connection part 41 having a male screw part 47 screwed to the female screw part 46 and provided in the faucet socket 10. Also, the connection device 80 comprises a feed seat 70 having a nut part 72 screwed to the male screw part 47 of the piping take-out member 20. Furthermore, a screwing position of the faucet socket 10 with respect to the piping take-out member 20 is fixed by tightening the feed seat 70 from the mounting surface S side to the wall part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】施工容易な水栓用ソケットの接続装置を提供する。【解決手段】水栓用ソケット10の接続装置80は、水栓1の取付面Sを構成する壁部2に固定された状態で、その水栓用ソケット10が螺着されることにより、この水栓用ソケット10と壁部2の裏側に配設された配管3との間を接続する筒状の配管取り出し部材20を備える。また、接続装置80は、雌螺子部46を有した配管取り出し部材20の内周面44と、この雌螺子部46に螺合する雄螺子部47を有して水栓用ソケット10に設けられた筒状接続部41の外周面43との間に介在されるシールリング60を備える。更に、接続装置80は、配管取り出し部材20の雄螺子部47に螺合するナット部72を有した送り座70を備える。そして、この送り座70を取付面S側から壁部2に締め付けることにより、その配管取り出し部材20に対する水栓用ソケット10の螺着位置が固定される。【選択図】図5
