To provide an acoustic absorption panel and an acoustic absorption structure that reduce deterioration of acoustic absorption performance in the high frequency region that occurs at front plates of soundproof walls of highways or railways.SOLUTION: An acoustic absorption panel includes: multiple front plates 10 having openings 11 1, 11 2, ..., 11 n (n is a natural number); and multiple acoustic absorption materials 20 provided in a hollow part formed by the front plates 10. The opening area ratio that shows the ratio of the total area a 1 + a 2 + ... + a n of the openings 11 1, 11 2, ..., 11 n to the total area A of the front plates 10 is 85% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
